Indigo Healing is all about healing and empowering you! The treatments I offer work to clear blocks, whilst revitalising and re-balancing your energy field, also known as the aura. This impacts positively on the physical body.
One of my main passions is personal & spiritual development - getting you in touch wit
h your truth, who you are and your own personal path in life. To that end I teach Reiki which I feel is an amazing step on the personal development path. I also offer Life Coaching, either alone or incorporated with Reiki or Sound healing as a package. Life Coaching engages you in your healing process and encourages you to align your life with your own truth, while Reiki and Sound Healing work deeply on an energetic level to support and nurture you. They work very well together.

I'm a monthly columnist for Lightworker Magazine, an on-line magazine for those of us interested in New Age matters, with a focus on Inspiration, Challenge and Education. Until very recently I also presented a fortnightly radio show for Radio Lightworker - The Indigo & Crystal Show focused on all aspects of these soul vibrations.
