Reiki I - Shoden
Reiki I - 'Shoden'
This course will introduce and connect you to Reiki energy. On the day you will learn:
- How to feel your own and other people's energy fields
- Energy strengthening and self-treatment meditations
- How to give a full body treatment
- Be permanently connected to the Reiki source
No previous healing experience is required. Please book at least one week in advance to allow time for the pre-course study.
The pre-course reading will introduce you to the history of Reiki and how it came to us in the West, as well as some of the key techniques covered on the day of the course. A course manual will be sent to you in advance.
This is a one day intensive course. The day starts at 10 a.m. and we aim to finish at around 4 p.m. with refreshment breaks. Teas and coffee are provided for you, or feel free to bring your own. You are welcome to bring your own lunch, or you can easily buy something on the day as we will be right in the town centre.
Reiki I is £130.
This includes a comprehensive course manual, meditation CD and on-going support from me after the course.
